To maintain service quality for everyone:

100 requests/hour - Prevent automation/scraping
50 identical prompts - Detect scraping behavior
10 requests/minute - Smooth traffic (burst prevention)

Normal Use Will Never Hit These Limits

→ Even heavy users average 10-20 generation requests per day
→ These limits protect against abuse, not restrict genuine use

❌ Prohibited Activities

Explicitly Forbidden:

Automated bulk scraping - Using bots to generate content for resale
Third-party resale - Selling AI-generated content as a service
Bypassing rate limits - Using multiple accounts to circumvent
Malicious content - Generating spam, phishing, or harmful content
Competitive intelligence abuse - Reverse-engineering our AI models

Why? These activities degrade service for genuine users and violate our Terms of Service.

✅ Create posts for clients (agencies on paid plans)
✅ Use in commercial social media strategies
✅ Repurpose generated content across platforms
✅ Edit and combine AI-generated content

Our Philosophy: You pay for the service, you own the content. Use it commercially!

🔢 Post Limits (Hard Caps, Not FUP)

Post limits are NOT subject to Fair Use Policy — they are hard limits based on your plan:

Why Hard Limits? Our costs scale with posts published (LinkedIn API, storage, etc.). This keeps pricing transparent and predictable.

Tier 1: Soft Warning (First Offense)

Trigger: Exceeds rate limits or suspicious pattern

Action:

📧 Email notification explaining issue
🛑 24-hour cooldown period (reduced limits)
💬 Option to explain use case

Resolution: Most cases resolved here (legitimate heavy users get whitelisted)

Tier 2: Account Review (Repeat Offense)

Trigger: Second violation within 30 days

Possible Outcomes:

✅ Cleared: Usage legitimate, limits adjusted
⚠️ Warning: Final warning issued
🚫 Restricted: Temporary feature limitations

Tier 3: Account Suspension (Severe Abuse)

Trigger: Deliberate abuse, terms violation, or third strike
