1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Triorama Inc., doing business as Triorama AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our AI Hub platform and services.

By accessing our website at triorama.ai or using any of our AI services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms or policies may also apply to specific portions of our Services, which terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.

2. Service Description

Triorama AI provides an AI Hub platform for eCommerce businesses, including:

• AI Concierge Chatbot: Multi-agent AI system with autonomous Sales, Support, and Search agents
• Site Indexing Service: Automated URL submission to search engines for faster indexing
• Product Management: AI-powered product catalog integration (embedded within AI Concierge)
• Analytics and Reporting: Performance metrics and insights for AI interactions

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Services, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our Services:

• For any illegal or unauthorized purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material not explicitly requested

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

5. AI Services and Limitations

Our AI services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding their accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific use case
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
• Our AI systems may learn from interactions to improve performance (in accordance with our Privacy Policy)
• We do not guarantee that our AI services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• AI performance may vary based on input quality, complexity, and other factors

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Triorama Inc. and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of your content and data that you upload to our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

7. Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase any paid Services, you agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for such Services in accordance with the applicable payment terms.

• All payments are due immediately upon purchase unless otherwise specified
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with advance notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of our Services after the date such revised Terms are posted.
