It's December 31st. Most founders are pretending to take the day off while actually checking metrics on their phone at a party they didn't really want to attend.
If you're reading this, you're probably one of us. So let's skip the champagne platitudes and talk about what actually happened this year—and where we're headed.
The Pivot That Changed Everything
We started 2025 building 3D Product Configurators and AI-based customization tools. Solid tech, interesting problems. But something kept nagging at us.
As founders ourselves, we noticed we kept skipping the one thing every business advisor told us to do: post on LinkedIn. Build a personal brand. Show up consistently.
So we built the tool we needed. And in November, we launched it.
What We Built in 2025
November 2025: Triorama AI went live. A complete LinkedIn automation platform for founders who have more important things to do than stare at a blank post editor.
Since then:
- Smart Timing: 2-hour safety buffers, timezone intelligence, 4 different scheduling strategies
- Free LinkedIn Tools: Text formatter, emoji picker, preview—free for everyone, no signup
- Complete Documentation: Getting started guides, video tutorials, comparison pages
- Media Support: Images, PDFs, videos—with previews that match LinkedIn exactly
Each of these started as "we need this ourselves" and turned into "apparently everyone needs this."
The Numbers (Yes, We're Sharing)
- 200+ posts scheduled through our platform
- 12 users — all organic, zero paid marketing
- 5 major releases in 50 days
- From idea to production in under 2 months
Small numbers? Sure. But every one of those users found us, tried us, and kept using us. That's the foundation we're building on.
What We Learned
Founders want to show up on LinkedIn, but can't justify the time. Personal branding matters for deals, recruiting, and partnerships. But when you're running a company, it's always the thing that gets pushed to "next week."
AI content generation is only useful if it sounds like you. Generic AI content misses the mark. The Knowledge Base—brand voice, company context, products—is what makes AI actually useful.
Previews matter more than we thought. The number one complaint about social schedulers: "I had no idea it would look like that." Accurate previews prevent embarrassment and increase usage.
Thank You
To our 12 users (you know who you are): thank you.
To everyone who signed up, gave feedback, reported bugs, and told us what you actually needed: thank you.
Building in public means shipping before things are perfect. Your patience with rough edges and your willingness to tell us "this could be better" made the product better.
We're a small team. Every piece of feedback matters. Every user matters. We read all of it.
What's Coming in 2026
Here's where things get interesting.
Community Management
LinkedIn is great for personal brand. But if you're building something—a startup, a community, a movement—you need to be where your people actually hang out.
Reddit. Engage with communities in your niche without spending hours refreshing feeds. Track relevant discussions, get alerted when topics you care about come up, participate authentically at scale.
Discord & Telegram. For communities you're building yourself. Manage announcements, engage with members, track sentiment—without living in the app 24/7.
This isn't about automating fake engagement. It's about helping founders and community managers be present in more places without burning out.
More Platforms
LinkedIn is our foundation. But we're hearing from users who want the same AI-powered content generation for:
- Twitter/X — Different format, different voice, same you
- Company LinkedIn Pages — Not just personal profiles
- Threads — Meta's Twitter alternative is gaining ground
Same knowledge base. Same brand voice. Different platforms. Your content adapts to where it's going.
Analytics That Actually Tell You Something
Current plan: robust analytics that answer questions founders actually ask.
"Is this working?" isn't a vanity metric question. It's:
- Which topics get engagement?
- What times work for my audience?
- Which posts drive profile visits vs. comments vs. DMs?
- Am I getting in front of the right people?
We're building analytics that help you make decisions, not just charts that look impressive in screenshots.
The Roadmap Reality
Here's the honest version: we're a small team. Everything on this list is planned, but timelines depend on what you tell us matters most.
If community management would change your life, tell us. If you're desperate for Twitter support, tell us. If analytics is the missing piece, tell us.
We're building this for founders who are trying to be everywhere without actually being everywhere. Your priorities shape ours.
Happy New Year
2025 was the year we stopped planning and started shipping.
2026 is the year we scale.
Whether you're reading this at a party, at your desk, or at 2am because sleep is for people who don't have startups—thank you for being here.
Here's to building something great in 2026.
Happy New Year! 🎉
